Yes, the Amassment message boards are going to host its first ever layout marathon! As a personal throw back to the first layout marathon I ever hosted, which was a OTP marathon around this time 3 years ago, I've decided that the theme for this marathon is:

LOVE!


You can interpret the theme any way you want to. Hopefully I've made it quite broad, because I want to encourage lots of participation for this first marathon. Examples of how you can use the theme are:



Of course, it's not limited to this, so be creative and get into the spirit of the Valentine's Day/White Day holidays :love:

The marathon will run from 28 February to 28 March. Which means that your layout must be up for the whole time. I think that just over one month is fine, since it is only a layout change, but if people are strugging to meet the deadlines, then please let me know.

It's nothing complicated really, ^^;; just some scene from the movie and some decorations and stuff. I didn't really put hears on it because I just can't picture Han being too fluffy, but still HanxLeia is definitely the main focus and there are other decorations, but that's all I'll say for now. XD

Mine is done! <3 Aside from the fact that it features an OTP of mine, it's not very lovey (I just couldn't incorporate heart brushes in a way that I liked). But I hope it's okay, and hey - if any couple out there is aware of their love for each other, it's Han & Leia, hehe. XD

Sorry Daphne, but I don't think I'm going to be able to finish the layout I had planned for the marathon. My work schedule didn't like the idea of me having free time for layouts :(

All of the layouts in the marathon so far are great, though! It's nice to see so many awesome layouts :smilegrin:
